I'm creating a Wordpress news blog. I want my homepage to look like a facebook mini-feed. So when I create different post with different categories, I want my post to appear on the homepage like little status updates similar to facebook.

i.e.
- Pittsburg wins Stanley Cup
- Obama elected as president
(these will appear on the homepage as one line sentences in order and there would be a read more button that links to the actual post)
It would also be cool if there is a picture to the left of the feed.
I hope I'm not too confusing.
If anyone can do this, I'll definitely pay.
