Programming | Freelancing

Hello guys,

I studied programming in high-school and I'm currently taking an university course at night while i work part-time during the day.

But i would like to make money programming as a freelancer.
The thing is i don't have a plan for it and i don't how to make money with it.
I like programming, I'm not a super-mega expert at it but i'm reasonable.
How can i find a way to earn money while i optimize my skills ?
