Programmer to write a dailymotion bot

Hi
I need someone to code a bot for dailymotion with these features- must be pc (gui)
- what the gui sould be able to do:
- load a list of accounts
- load a list of proxy
- load a list of comments
- be able to load a list of videos and to promote them all using different numbers of comments ratings etc (mannually specified for each video)

and the features :
- must increase video views
- must scrape comments from other videos
- must post comments to videos
- must creates accoounts(no need to bypass the captcha) and verify them (using catch all domain)
- must use proxy
- most be able to rate videos
