Programmer to teach me how to split dedicated into multiple VPS

HOST-64L Server - Xeon D-1520 - 64GB - SoftRaid 2x2To

If it possible to split it into multiple VPS and you know to do it a Send me the PM with the price.

I want to have on them windows OS.

I dont know what you want to run on this server and how many vpses you want to put on this server but:
1. CPU is rather weak for this money (its ovh server)
2, If you want to host multiple vpses (10 for example) ssd is only option you should look for.
3. When it comes to splitting server into vpses - virtualizor, proxmox, solusvm, vmware esxi - this options are quite professional but problematic. If you have 0 experience you will fail multiple times, you would need here to have someone who would help you each time you need help.

You can also install windows, than install vmware workstation and create kind of vpses, its easy for newbies.
