create and verify accounts(human looking accounts wiht bio/pic etc. not looking to make more than 200-300 accounts at top. that to over a long duration to make it look normal)
created accounts should follow my primary and other people among my niche(DO NOT want mass following/unfollowig)
created accounts must be able to retweet. Only retweet my primary account(i tweet 5 times a day)
must have proxies for safety measures
