They just search craigslist, backpage and jillijji.

Its like a CL extract software but extracts the email and allows
you to email contacts.

I would like to receive bids and timeframes as to how long it would take.

I have paypal and can pay the majority of the fee upfront.

I now have a copy of this software, and so it would be an easier job to alter it and make certain improvements that I would require.
