programmer needed to make a software application

I need a programmer to make a software that falsifies a traffic source. For instance i have traffic from mayb 1000s of different url/domain that goes through an adserver which then redirects to a particular url, so this particular url sees it as traffic source as being the adserver. I want a software application that would make the particular url see it as traffic coming from a url i choose. Pm me if you can do this.
