Programmer Needed For Super Simple Video Player API

hi guys,

need a simple plugin made for wordress,
It uses API "Key" "File_Code" to grab the actual video stream thing,

I'm not really good with this whole API thing that's why need a programmer to make a simple wordpress plugin where I just enter the api key and with a shortcode display the output video,
