Programmer joins the game

Hi everyone, new here!

I have a unique chance in that my job will be phased out next March and my company was forced to offer me the choice between a new position or taking a severance check - so here I am as soon jobless and trying to build up something for myself.

I actually live super cheap and have no plans to change that which means I will need about 1k a month to pay all my ongoing cost which seems like a realistic goal to achieve.

In fact I'm already making some good money on medium which pays my rent somewhat stably, but I want to add my own website and Youtube channel into the mix. I already got started on the website and made 59 cents (while spending 10 bucks on hosting lol) - but that is a proof of concept that makes me happy.

So here I am with a completely white hat approach on a site called black hat world lol. Anyway, I hope my journey can be of interest to some of you, I have been reading here for years and look forward to sharing my experiences.

I was thinking about this, I have a fair amount of experience with python and selenium, is there an easy way for me to offer that here somewhere? I admit I only ever read the journeys here and not a lot of the rest of the site. That could be a good idea

Python and selenium sound like perfect math. You could automate many people jobs or scrape a lot of info. Or even fill survey for money (automatically of course)

There are alot of things you can do, for example data scraping with python is an option. You can scrape info for potential leads for selling a product.
