Programmer for established pr5 website

I am looking for an experienced and innovative programmer who is an expert with php to partner with to grow an established web 2.0 audio sharing network website. We are currently growing at an accelerated pace with over 60k unique audio files and hundreds of new audio uploads and downloads taking place daily. We currently are looking to add numerous features to the site that will not only make the user experience a better one but also increase traffic and revenue for the site.
