Programmer/experience with scripts needed

I am trying to get my offer set up on hasoffers, for affiliate tracking. I have an issue on when I need the pixel to fire. I have a certain offer that has a script I place in my website files. I need someone experienced that can look this script over and look over my hasoffers setup with the pixel and help me set up the pixel in the appropriate spot. we will talk more when you PM me.
