Program to see if blogs have updated?

I have a list of about 100 blogs that i keep track of in order to generate content for my blog
Would love to be able to input that list into a program. Every day i can check the program and it will spit out a list of which of those blogs have updated in the past 24 hours.

Does anybody know of any programs or services that do this?

If you're on Windows, Feed Demon is really good. If you group the blogs into folders then it's easy to scan the titles in that folder and decide what to read.

Why you are not using feedly or similar service.

Believe me this will make your task lot easier.
