Program to see if an Email is on facebook or not?

Hey i am in use off a program that scans email and tells me if they are on Facebook or not. I found Atomic Mail Verifier which had that function but it sucks balls and not working at all.
I also searched around in Forums. But i only found 3-4 years old threads that lead to nowhere.
