Program to divide lists?

Hey guys! So I run some bots for Twitter and Instagram. My main tactic is to scrape targeted musicians' followers and follow them. I like to keep my accounts looking real, so I recycle my followings (unfollow anyone who doesn't follow me back within 48 hours). I've discovered that most of my time is spent dividing up the big list of followers into smaller lists, to comply with Twitter's follow limits (I follow around 950 at a time). Some of you guys build some awesome stuff, I feel like this sort of function would be pretty easy. Is there anything like this already out, or would anyone wanna help me out? Willing to pay. Thanks!

Do you want the lists split into separated files with certain amount of lines?
