program to break Telerik.RadCaptcha needed

i need a program what will be able to break Telerik RadCaptcha
main requirement is the solution time below 1s.
i've started on this but i need some help to finish it.
im looking for a programer/s to help me create such software or for already done software what i can buy and use on my server.
