Program that automatically keeps 'available quantity' at a set amount?

So it will show only 2 or 3 available when really there is a lot more... so buyers see there is not much left and end up buying it..

There was a program and I was on the actual website I believe and you need to sign in and sync it with your eBay account, but I checked my history and cannot find it!

Does anyone know where to find it? Google doesn't help!

Since installing auctiva I have dropped out of the top search results, I was number 1 for my keyword now I cant find myself anywhere! I uninstalled the link from my ebay account and auctiva.. hope i come back!
