Program for managing all business operations

Hey BHW Fam,

I‘m looking for a tool/program to manage like all business operations.

What am I doing?
I‘m managing creators (adult entertainment). I give them daily tasks and reports via Google Docs. They upload the content I need in a folder via Google Drive. So I have excess, the creator and my employee/VA.
It works fine so I think to continue this.

But I want to write down my „business plan“ (step by step what to do on a daily basis) + a daily/weekly goals/to-do list.

I also want to create profiles with important information of my clients/creators. (For example information about them, social media accounts, revenue they created etc.)

It’s also important that I can share all these different parts with my employees/VA‘s (of course only the sections I want)

I think this would also work with Docs but I think there are better ways to do so…

Maybe some of you got a great tool to keep track of these different things… I think my needs are not that exceptionally so there should be a good solution
