Program Creator

I am looking for a recommendation. I need to have a website software created probably in ajax, and want to get it done in the best quality possible.

I know elance, scriptlance, rent a coder, etc has people that does this. Can anyone recommend one over the other, or somewhere else altogether. For anyone that has done this before do you have any advice for me?

Well, What exactly do you need done? Do you have a spec brief?

I am currently writing up the very specifics what is needed now. But in general I am looking to create a website that will be used for 3 seperate parties to send requests through, then fulfill those requests.

Reports will need to be automatically generated to track all requests, and fufillments.

Since many companies and people will be using the system so there will need to be different user levels.

I hope this was enough info. I could write a book with the full specifics.

Is Ajax compatible enough with most business systems?
