Profiting off of unsubscribe page

I do a lot of bulk email, and have about 1000 people using my unsubscribe page a day, where they have to manually enter their email.

It's a generic unsub page similiar to most of them CPA publishers use.


I have accounts with all the top CPA's, but I'm still pretty green. I have skimmed a lot of topics talking about using GODCpa, cake slice, or other types of software to manipulate the pages.


What's my best best to take advantage of these leads, if any, while still keeping my account intact?

Better yet- I would prefer to pay for someone who is experienced in these matter to set up something decent for me, while still not getting my account shutdown. I assume that conversions would be too high, so I'll pay for you to deal with bringing in fake traffic as well, the whole package deal.



If anyone can do this for me, or recommend someone on this forum who can.

Something I forgot-

In addition to the unsubscribe page, I have customers fill out pretty detailed forms providing all of their personal information and more.... same deal as above.

If there's anyway to iframe these to cpa offers without being ridiculously obvious to the lead and customer let me know.
