I want to be able to start my own high quality blog, since my writers are quite low quality, and I want to enjoy the work. However, the things I would enjoy blogging about (my daily life) would definately not get far on the internet, let alone being profitable.

So what are you're ideas on profitable niches that are fun to blog about? Ignore any competitiveness

What niches attract you more? Make a list of them , then search the keywords on "google keywords too" , compare the results and , its done

it's only going to be fun if you're passionate about it - what do you like doing /reading. where would you like to travel to, what's your dream job/car/lifestyle - can you relate to/have personal experience of any health issues - what's your taste in fashion/music/films. No one else can answer any of these for you

Choose the niches that you can handle easily yourself. In case you are going to use others to update the blog for you, you can opt for any niche by using adwords tool for knowing high CPC niches.

When you write about something you don't know about it becomes transparent fast. The better question is who is going to read what you write? Figure that part out first otherwise you are wasting your time.
