Profitable Joint venture - Mass blog creation & article submission

Hey, I need one person who is able to do the following:

- create 30-40k micro niche blogs on my domain with wordpress multisite
- upload 1 article per blog
- post these articles to revenue sharing article directories (or ones that convert well into traffic) and link to the micro niche blog containing the article.

Articles are not fully converted into text but this is easy (I'll give instructions that allow to convert in steps of 100 articles which takes a few minutes only).
Articles have not got any headlines, so a general topic needs to be found from the text. (Can be done after creating all blogs automatically too).

I'll share all time revenue I get. If each blog gets ONE ad click (or equal click on article directories) per MONTH the estimated revenue is: 0.3 (per click) * 30000 (articles) = 10k PER MONTH
If only 1 out of 10 blogs gets 1 click each month its still a profit of 1k. We'll discuss about the percentage I share, I'll need to know in how far and how quick you can do this job.

My part is almost done. All I need to do is some work with the texts, but without the texts there's no money. I'm just rnunning out of time because I have more important investments so I want some help.
