Thanks, I will look more into it. It seems that it runs on 50% PoW and 50% PoS which means I need to buy some coins first to get started. Price is good, how much can you earn a day and from what kind of CPU setup? More information would be nice

I have no clue tbh. But I have a couple of friends mining it with their CPU and they are happy with the profits.
I used to mine XMR with XMRIG on cloud servers trial accounts. $6-$10 /Day
But you need to find cheap supplier for cloud servers trial accounts and don't burn the cpu usage over 70%.
Sometimes these accounts get caught so be ready for that.

yeah that’s why I am trying to get some recommendations… I used to mine xmr but the setup is just not suitable for me anymore, also used to mine webdollar but now since they move to 100% PoS now cannot mine with cpu anymore.
xmr still great choice but it’s expensive and can be a lot hassle…

Avoid proof-of-work based mining, it is not profitable nowadays unless you invest huge and have a "farm". Instead consider proof-of-stake incase you have limited money to invest.

my 2nd graphics card will not mine ETH or any other gpu mineable coin so I am stuck cpu mining xmr on 2nd computer.

I have 0.00189310 XMR over a range of 10 days. Its not a ryzen cpu, a cheap AMD cpu. Payout is at 0.03 XMR. I get about 623 H

As a miner myself I would say a cpu miner will not earn you a lot of money.
if gpus are out of your budget (I wouldn’t buy them either to be honest) then google

What about having access to like 300-400 different average computers? Do you think it will be profitable?
