Profit from Halloween- 100$ Minimum

Now this is a method I've personally tried myself last year and it gave me good spending money for the following week.

What you will do is offer to take pictures of people's kids for 5$, that simple. Last year I did this from my house , every person that rang I would give them candy but also offer them to take a picture of them and/or their kids.

Process:

1. Get a decent camera to take pictures
2. Instead of spending money on a back-splash , decorate an area in your backyard with trees or bushes with Halloween decorations and spooky plastic lights.
3. Make the client fill out a form , asking for their name , telephone number and address to send the picture to.

Now all you have to do is send out the pictures the next day. The decorations I bought were used and cost me 15$ in total. The camera was my mother's. I took pictures of 25 people , 25 x 5 = 125 - 15 = 115$ profit in a 4 hour halloween night.

Churches in my area have a halloween celebration to keep the kids off the streets so maybe you could contact your local church with the idea of them having some kind of festivities and ask if you could have a picture taking booth and tell them you'll have a interesting game for the kids to play so they can win some free candy. You may need a partner for this.

You ask to take pictures of my kid and I would think you were a pedo. Hope you don't ask the wrong kid!

Actually, I think it's a great little method for some quick cash. If you're in a high traffic area you could make out well. I woud suggest setting up an area in the front of the house to decorate though so they can see from the front door what you have setup as a backdrop. I know I wouldn't go for it if I had to drag my kids into someone's backyard.
