ProfileMate - Is it legit or scam?

Friend of mine asked me about https://profilemate.com/ and its legitimacy. I never used such things nor I am familiar with email marketing to be honest and looking for your advice/opinion.

They got Paypal as a payment method,
You can always ask for a refund in case it doesn't work anymore

but usually the people who leave reviews are the unhappy ones
the happy ones are busy making money, not wasting their time with a review -- unless the webmaster is pushing "leave me a 5* review on trustpilot". but you so rarely see them do that.
they offer 14 day money back guarantee. what's there to lose? doesn't work as intended then refund and go about your business.
