i got my profile image instagram dissapear after verified the phone number. dont know why.
im sure every account have a different profile picture,i got the image profile from google images.

anyone have same problem?

Maybe because after you put your phone number they figured out that's not your photo and it was taken from google

I have this thing with almost 100% of my accounts. Just reupload your pic.

This is quite an issue. Have you tried verifying it using your email?

already verified when create an account at the first time.

I notice this too on all my accounts. Just give it time, it'll come back automatically.

At least that was what worked for me.
