Profile Backlinks

Hi,

I did order a package of high PR profile backlinks, but now I did check it out and only the home page of the forum is ...PR5 the profile orl is N/A??

Is this still worth anything?

It has N/A PR because that profile is just created when you registered it.

I believe eventually the PR on the profile will go up as it is indexed down the line (correct me if I'm wrong)
 
The PR of the page will not increase on its own, very very unlikely, this will only happen if other pages on the site had PR and then linked to your profile and passed some of the PR.
 
Are they worth something for SERP
 
Profile links dont have any PR at all, your better off with blog commenting as profile links are becoming less usefull, correct me if im wrong :)
 
Give it time to increase the PR, usually the PR update of any SE will take 6 months but make sure that whenever the SE crawler comes the site should be up and running.

Profiles RARELY gain any PageRank, if they do its because the posters are active within the forums and there are a ton of links from other pages with PageRank pointing to the profiles OR someone has backlinked their profile page.

Again though, its rare that a spammers profile will get much PR.
 
Profiles are not completely useless, they're good for linking to web2.0 properties which then link back to your money site.

5000 profile links pointing to 10 high quality unique web2.0 properties which then point to your money site is much better than 5000 profiles links pointing directly IMO.
