If you only follow profile backlinking, then it may not index by Google. But if you follow profile backlinks mixed with other backlinks then it acts as a very useful tool of SEO.

I am currently working on profile back links,it works but must be indexed in google.Also must use other back links strategies.

Profile links are useless. Not working at all. I've heard they
all slapped by some bear, panda I think.
Xrumer, Scrapebox, AMR and BMD are not working anymore.
Total waste of time and money. Do not buy these tools. You
only get 10% success rate and these links are completely useless
to get any ranking in Google.
You need to create unique high quality content and then everybody
will link to you and you will get tons of traffic and make millions of
dollars in no time.

We get the sarcasm but I was wondering about if profile as still strong as they used to be?
I would appreciate if you could rank Scrapebox,Profile links,BMD bookmarks in chronological order in term of their effectiveness
All of those that you named are bottom feeder backlinks. So they are all about equal.

I use scrapebox RSS ping to get them indexed. Is there a better way?

I agree, and your SEO service must really take forever writing all that 100% unique content huh!?
To answer the OP's question, a) you need to get the profiles indexed, and all profiles are not created equal, and B) you should add as much backlink diversity as possible and not rely simply on profiles. I am NOT really promoting the guy I'm quoting's services, but its worth a gander at his site because its actually a pretty good diagram of what oughta work great. I've never ordered it, nor have I tried this structure before, but it shows great diversity and the importance of quality backlinks to your money site, and the crapier links towards the bottom of the pyramid.
