how do you guys get your profile backlinks indexed?Pining and social bookmarking are the only two methods I use currently.

Also when your bookmarking these sites, do the tags matter at all?or long as it is bookmakre:confused:

Yes, i too use Ping sites for pinging profiles from High PR Sites :).Tags are important too.It helps the users and Search Engines to know the category of your Links.

Ive pinged profile pages but they wont get indexed. Why would that be? Ive pinged them so many times.

Suppose lets say your making 100 profile links a day. Keep track of all those URLS in a text pad.

  1. Create Feed from icerocket for all those 100 links. Which is a bit time consuming but for a 100 links it takes around 15 - 20 minutes.
  2. Publish your feed URL to Feed aggregators. I use RSS Submit.
  3. Socialbookmark your feed URL. Use an automated software or online submitters like Onlywire.
  4. Ping your feeds at pingomatic or pingoat
Usually the whole process takes 35 to 40 minutes. But i reckon its worth the time.

Informative thread for me as a newbie in linkbuilding

What are some good profile url's to build links from?

I found a blog where they held a contest to collect 500 backlinks through social profiles it has a really comprehensive list.

Ravager - This is great, but is there any better site to make RSS feeds? IceRocket is great, but I hate manually having to create a ton of entries. There has to be a better way.

Maybe that firefox script tool can be used by importing from a CSV file, but I'm hoping for an easier to use site that I can just paste a bunch of URLs into and get an RSS feed :)

Check website traffic genius, as I see in the sales letter, their software doing everything automatically.

You can create a feed from multiple URLS at html2rss or feedmingle and then submit just that.

I don't know if submitting a feed per profile link is better or not.

Thanks! Haha did you notice the sweet irony that html2rss allows you to have a public profile? :D

Thanks Ravager, for your awesome tip!

Gonna get my 100+ links indexed soon.

Copay all your links into exel file.
Make them hyperlink
Open an bloger account
Make an post with your urls
And ping your url at pingler.com

Quick question...

Do you guys think it is better to create an entire feed for each profile page or is it good with just one feed for say 20 or so profile pages?
