I am using Sick Submitter for making Profile BLs... My backlinks do not get indexed in search engines and i have also not seen any site with good amount of profile backlinks indexed.. Why is this?
How can i evaluate the worth of these backlinks?
Are they vital for ranking in search engines?

It would surely bring a little juice but not as good as in the past and it's also hard to get them indexed naturally, try pinging, social bookmarking them..

Don't do it, in my opinion.

Do you think Google is stupid? they are working together with NSA, have the brightest mind in the world, many experts working for them, have satellites in space and much much, more.

When google sees 'hmmm, 1000+ users created a profile on 1000 forums, all adding an URL to site X and not posting any threads/replies'. If you were a google employee and would see that, would you give site X a + or a - ?

Bottomline, google is not stupid.

Better create 50 profiles on top 50 forums, add 2-5 replies / day / forum and 1 thread (link bait?) once per week / forum (if 50 is too much, start with the top 5-10 forums).

That's it for now!

i dont think pinging and bookmarking can help alot in case of profile backlinks... I would agree with bobocea!
I think i should prefer quality over quantity... but this is a time consuming job really to add value to a profile backlink by regularly posting in forums!
Isn't it? Q. Now i have to consider whether the links are worth the time if a post 50 posts in a forum for only one link. (if forum allows link in signature/it doesn't)

Profile backlinks can still help for bringing good Serp juice. But you must get them indexed to make them effective, and getting them indexed is the hard part.

I've found the return on profile links to be a waste of time. They've been devalued to the point where they just don't seem worth it anymore. Quality links will bring you more juice.

Profiles still hold some value even though not as they used to.

However they contribute to domain diversity in backlinks, are easy to get and provide some juice as TheSuperSensation pointed out.

As far as indexing goes, I just make sure they get crawled, sometimes google sees links and decides not to index them. I wouldn't force it :)

Crawled links help as well tho

better to get some quality web 2.0 links and then use profile links on them because google trusts well established web sites more and to the above comments yes a bot can do it, google is a multi million dollar business they make a living out of their search so yes they have sophisticated softwares to find the good links from the bad ones.

The best way is to get BL from all of sources which are mention here ;)

Easy to get and instantly live, yes but they also bring captcha costs if no captcha solving software is used - which i don't have... yet ;)

If they are free to get and available in abundance they are still worth if indexed. For indexing i just blast them with scrapebox and hope for the best.

www.jigglingtheweb.com :) here's something for whoever is interested. Also you can check John XFactor's Authority Site Course.... That's the future, in my opinion!

Web 3.0 is around the corner and it's full of dancing pandas. :)

Have a wonderful day / night!

Haha. Your not trying to fool an actual person. Google is not stupid but they cannot just change their algorithm simply to eliminate spam because they end up eliminating good sites as well. So, yes. You are totally wrong and your statement has nothing to back it up
