Professional Report Samples To Pattern My Custom Report

Hello everyone, I want to improve my company's reports and I believe I don't have a creative eye. My guys are champs at what they do (SEO / writing related) but not one on my team is gifted when it comes to designing. I usually hire freelancers for this but I want to get an idea of different designs first before I settle on one.

My question is, what type/design of SEO report do usual clients want? I have served over 100 clients and I just got my first complaint because he didn't like the reports made in WORD and in EXCEL. I do also feel it's poorly done, kinda like one made by a 10-year old so I'm looking to improve. Anyone willing to share their outstanding reports?

I've checked that before but for a shared venture with a different company. As far as I can remember, it's like dropbox, noh? I was thinking more of a well-designed report like a logo on top, with some styles on the side or something. Just something creative.

PDF reports rock really well. I dont know what type of reports you do. But when I do backlinking reports, I usually give them some data about PR and link diversity along with a few advice. In total 10-12 pages. Works well so far.

Advanced web ranking has some really nice reports pmed some basic ones, add a nice header/footer and done

Well you can share files on it but its not like dropbox at all. You set up a calander and also a to-do list of whats going to be done in the coming weeks/month. Then as you do them, it crosses them out. That way the client can see how you working as you are working and you can upload spun articles and stuff to share with the client.

Sounds good but the problem is, I think it's too tiring to set up individual tasks like on a calendar.

They do look good as I've seen one before. What software is recommended for creating PDF reports?

I looked at it. They look quite the same as other SERP trackers to be honest and they are web-based. I was preferring offline files that can be sent and stored in their computers as files.

Did you ever end up finding a solution to delivering appealing reports to your clients?


I design custom reports that are visually appealing for my clients but it is rather time consuming.
