Hey,
We already bought oempro , and we have powermta, previous guy made us the setup. The issue we were facing was Gmail, hotmail problems, which are emails are not arriving at all. Sometime it do , sometime it didn't.
We are looking for professional email marketing admin that will resetup the system.

Try to check log files.

If sometimes it does not arrive at all then i suppose since you use ip rotation some ips will be blacklisted.

Hi,
We checked log files,

Gmail: All emails successfuly delivered

IPs are not blacklisted, all pool is 100% clean. Maybe it is something with Powermta 3.5? or Configuration file?

Hi, there is no guarantee of Inbox rate. Your contents also have to pass spam score to be delivered. Also, did you warm up your IP by sending small quantities? If your list consist of alot of people report your email as Spam, your mail will not be delivered as well. Alot meaning, 10-20 repeated report can get your domain and sender IP blacklisted by Gmail and Hotmail.

Try to use multiple domains, IPs, servers to get higher inbox rate.

I used new fresh IPs, and multiple domains, also I sent only 5k emails 1st day, then 6000k next day.
Still first emails get to gmail, after that- its getting blocked for some reason.
And my list is good, since no reports at all - I have FBL installed

Please understand that we cannot control if the lead clicks on report spam. Once you get reported for spam more than 20 times within an hour, you will be permanently blacklisted (in a way) and all your emails will be delivered to SPAM folder from then on. Your list may be good but you cannot control on report for spam. My suggestion is to send the emails during hours whereby your list are awake as we are trained to check our spam box at least once in a day in case any email get blocked in there. You can still get good open rate if your subject line is appealing.

Hi gilibz , only fbl installed is not enough for email marketing .. matter is that how you configured your fbl ? only installation is not enough ... fbl configuration is matter .. and you cant get 100% inbox rate with fresh ips, first you have to build your reputation but your authentication method should be in correct manner ...i am working with lots of email marketing companies i can help you if you want .....
