Hi guys,

I'm in the process of creating a blog and I want it to be as raw and natural as possible. I want my articles to be conversational and I want to write as I speak. Will having profanity on my site hinder where I land in the search results? Will Google penalize me for this? If so, are there ways around it (i.e. sh*t instead of shit)? Please let me know. Thanks!

I guess not, as long as your articles are unique, informative and useful to your target audience, I don't see any problems with that regardless of whatever style or tone of writing you are using.
