Hello you very wonderful and intelligent people that make up this forum, i truly hope you are having a positive day and things are going well for you.

I have been tracking my performance when working on tedious and highly focused tasks, such as inputting data into a spreadsheet. I am using the pomodoro technique, which is doing a set amount of work, such as for 35 minutes, then having a small break, then repeating this again. I am managing to do around 3 hours and 45 minutes of focused work a day. I am mainly doing some work between 9am - 3pm, then working again on the evening from 8pm - 9.30pm.

My only concern is when i am finished work at 3pm, and have the afternoon free until i start work at 8pm again, i feel like i could be doing more, but when i try go over 4 hours focused work a day, i often get fatigued and the day after i only achieve 1 - 2 hours of work. I please wondered how good is 3 hours and 45 minutes of highly focused work a day please? If anyone kindly had any thoughts on this i would be forever grateful and thankful it would mean the world to me.

Thank you very much for your support and time. I truly hope that you achieve massive success with your business goals. Sending you lots of good wishes and i truly hope you have a wonderful and happy life. With my every best wishes.
