I have accounts on a few of the major social media platforms

I've recently gotten into the habit of turning the content I post on BHW and the other forums I'm active on into content for my other accounts

This way, whatever I produce on one platform is REPURPOSED for other platforms I'm on

As my mom used to say: Squeeze as much value out of the work you put into anything

Just sharing with you guys so you can also do the same and save time, money, and effort!

Yeah, it's all about maximizing the return you get for every minute of work you invest. Repurposing/scaling is a great way to do this.

I wouldn't do anything beyond content syndication. Doing too many things at once doesn't work well.

No, the resulting text is usually NOT engaging and can SCREW UP YOUR BRAND

Use the content YOU created on one platform and EDIT it so it fits the other platform

Here's the production steps I follow

1) Find forum/reddit threads/quora questions I am excited about

2) Post answers

3) Collate and filter based on topic

4) Post on my FB page

5) Tweet key questions plus hashtags and link to my FB page

6) Use FB page post header photo as Pinterest pin and link to my FB page post

This is a way of RECYLCING the CREATIVE motivation behind your reddit posts / forum posts / news site comment section posts, etc etc.

Why just leave the content behind?

It's YOUR content and YOUR intellectual work product

Turn this material into ASSETS instead

I can't emphasize this enough: turn your daily interactions with the Web into videos

This also includes checking the comments after a few weeks or months and using these for:

content ideas to inspire you
compiling these for reaction videos
compiling these for new ideas for websites or even products in your niche

Good point. Replies can be inspiration for content. Especially for content with multiple POVs needing support/evidence aka political content/history content (especially for Youtube/TT)

Hire a cheap VA from places like Fiverr or Cognoplus and have them scrape your profile's answers

Turn the videos into transcripts and post as blog posts

Strip posts into tweets

Convert videos in TT and YT short vids and Instagram vids

Turn still shots into images for Pinterest

Strip into answers and answer on quora (promote your profile link)

Turn into conversation content for reddit (promote your subreddit or SM link)
