Productivity always wears off at 3-4pm

Where are the pizza and the fat burgers fitting in your routine?

Whenever I work in the office, there is a sketchy mall that I'm sure @BassTrackerBoats is familiar with right in the parking lot. A good brisk two mile walk takes a half hour, and is plenty to get some "fresh" air and clear the mind. I recently discovered several miles of hiking trails less than a mile drive from the office, though, so that's the new go-to.

Whenever I work from home, I harness the dog up and take him on a couple-mile stroll. Keeps him from getting restless and lets me connect with the great outdoors and meet new neighbors.

If it's raining and I'm working from home, I'll gear up and go for a run. There is nothing quite like a rainy run.

aaaaaaand it's a great way to stay in shape!

This shit is not working for everyone....in fact it can be really dangerous for some.

Yes, you must have freedom to sleep on strange times, and it takes a lot of effort and time to adapt to it, however it is not dangerous at all, if you read more about you'll find it logical and actually the way we meant to sleep.

As a baby who is sleeping whenever he wants, but the society forcing us to adapt to one sleep cycle, while we should sleep in segments, and be relaxed more during the day.
