Amazon has everything from laser pointers to jeeps. But I have learned, the hard way, that some niches are simply horrible for IM. Garden furniture, for example, is one of them. I concluded that large furniture sucks as an IM niche for two reasons: 1. it's huge and has a lot of shipping and assembling issues involved that would deter online buyers 2. since furniture is usually bought according to personal artistic taste, people prefer view it with their own eyes. I think that for one, amazon products should only be promoted if they are judged based on their functional value. Artistic & decorative pieces (sculptures, paintings, jewelry, clothes) would likewise be poor niches. I would like to hear some of your thoughts. Thanks!
