Product Review

Ebay Seller I need your help.
How can I obtain a product review in my list?
I ask my buyers to leave a product review on there purchase, but they alway say, they dont find how to add a product review on the list. They only leave feedback to me.
Please help me guys, I really need a product review in my list,.

Your buyer can find the link to write the review in their purchase history. The link is located underneath the leave feedback button if feedback has not been left yet. If feedback has already been left then once they return to the purchase history page the "leave feedback" button will now say "write a review".

A buyer can leave feedback or write a review for up to 60 days after the purchase date. After that the option is no longer available.

There is also an option to write a review directly on your listing page that any ebay member can use. It will not show as a verified purchase on the review but it will show up on your listing.

If no reviews have been left it will say "be the first to write a review" directly under the product title. If the item has reviews they must click the product ratings link or scroll to the bottom where the reviews are to find the write a review link.

You might could get a couple of reviews like that from family or friends that have ebay accounts or even pay someone to do it for you. I dont know how risky this could be so I'm not responsible if you go this route.

Ive found its hard enough to get feedback from buyers much less reviews... but of course I have never asked a buyer for either.

I have another account on ebay and tried to find what you talking about still I cant find it, there is no "be the first to write a review" and I scroll down still nothing in there. Its only "Ask a question"

After looking around a bit I found that not all products are eligible to be reviewed for some reason. According to Ebay it depends on the category the item is listed in.

Strangely enough, one of my listings does not have the review option but other listings in the same category with the same product do have the option. The only difference is that my item is listed as refurbished while the others are listed as new. I do sell other refurbed products that have reviews so go figure.

Yeah, it is very strange, my competitor have product review option, we are in same category but mine has no option of product review. I dont know what tweaks they did, thats what I need to figure out. I been researching for maybe months now still i dont find it.
