Product packaging info

Sup, guys. I wasn't sure if I should post on this form seeing as it isn't really related to anything on here, but I thought a lot of you guys are very helpful so I might give it a shot after doing multiple Google searches and coming up empty. I am trying out my hand at making a new physical product for the first time and everything is a learning experience. Some info is easier to find online than others and currently I need some help with product packaging, not the design, but rather I have questions like, how do I clean and dry my packaging to be hygienic before packaging my product in it? The packaging is the same kind of wrappers using for candy bars. If I were to do it one by one by hand it would take way to long. I was thinking I might be able to just soak the wrappers in a soap/water solution, but then I will have to rinse and dry them and how the hell do I do that being only one person and needing to clean up to a 1000 of them. Sorry if this sounds confusing, my ADHD is off the chain today.

So if anyone can point me to a link or a form that might be able to help me out, that would be much appreciated.
