If i want to buy anything on eBay what is process for it and it is secure and safe and is product i will receive after payment explain me about it thanks

that's a weird place to ask such a question...

 

1. register ebay account (you need email adresss + landline number)
2. register paypal account
3. search items to buy
4. bid for the item
5. pay for it if you won
6. wait for delivery

 

i don't have landline number i have mobile number and i have Moneybooker account no paypal
