At the moment, when ordering any viewers for live streams on youtube, broadcast stats are not taken into account.
There are viewers on the stream itself, but in the stream statistics is equal to zero.

Traffic Source can be 10-20-30-100, but then it is written off. How to fight with this problem?

Dont buy views theyre most likely fake or bots being used and you risk being banned

Most live viewers services use account cookies. for example 1 account may count as 10 viewers or more. so you combine multiple account cookies to get 500 viewers but you don't need 500 account cookies, and probably a 100 of them can give you 500 viewers.
YT algos are already able to detect this method, and so, it will only give you the "live concurrent watchers" but it won't count in your analytics.

But if you have viewers coming in from website embeds or phone farms, each ip & account is considered as 1 viewer and not multiple inflated viewers from 1 account, like in the case of cookie viewers, so such viewers will also count in your analytics.

If you order views from bots, then these bots must be of high quality.
Each bot must log in from the same device (on which it also watched other videos). Each bot must have its own IP address. Browsing history.
Such bots usually cost more, but YouTube counts them in statistics.
