Problems with Wordpress/Divi/Grow

I have a Wordpress site that is using Divi for its theme. I have been given the code by Grow (a tradedoubler company) to put in my landing page and confirmation page to register clicks.

But the code isn’t tracking any traffic from Grow. Grow have looked at the site and they can’t figure out what is wrong.

Can anyone suggest anything?
