Problems with withdrawing from stealth account

I want to start a stealth account but Im worried about how I will withdraw my funds. I know paypal gets pretty stingy and I stress that If I start a stealth account I will have no way of withdrawing the money without getting an error that requires me to fill out information I may or may not have. I have already bought an eBay stealth guide but its since disappeared and I don't remember specifics.

So, how can I be sure that my stealth account will run smoothly without any withdrawal or error concerns?

Why are you expecting problem whithdraw??
I have 10 eBay account. 10 paypal account connected to each eBay account. 10 Bank accounts connected to each paypal account.
Easy.
 
start everything fresh is best way do not link any info together.
 
If you will do legit thing then nothing won't happen. Just start from scratch and do right thing. Just it.
 
Yeap, Thats the reason im using 10 stealth account with 10 bank accounts.
The only problem, is when you purchase account which is not from you country.
Lets say, UK person purchase US staelth account.
There are solutions for these too, im using them myself, But cant add the bank to these.

Would you mind explaining a bit more, I am from a non US country so bank is not an option for me. How do I withdraw funds from US stealth paypal account?
 
Ammm.. im just using 3rd party for withdrawing.
Think about it.
The only problem you have sending your funds from Paypal to a diffrent paypal, is that they could get connected together, and both banned.
But if you add, lets say Fiverr, and pay yourself threw this site, besides some fees, you are fine.
 
OR you could buy some items and have them sent to your address and just liquidate those items locally for cash. It could be branded items, gold, maybe even BitCoins etc

Yeah well.. if im non-us owning a US account.
I kinda have a problem opening US bank account since in not US myself.
