Might start an ecommerce-type website catering exclusively to another country than where I live -- let's say it's the UK for example.

To get the seo benefits, I would use that countries tld (for example, .co.uk) and register it to a virtual office in that country.

Technically, I would be living in America, but my domain, it's tld, and the registrant info would be in another country (the UK).

Besides the possibility of domain issues if you can't verify address, is there any big issues to be aware of? I.e. Double taxation, etc?

Anyone doing this?

First of all you cant register co.uk if you ain't from the UK.

But, you won't have any issues what so ever.
