Hi, Sorry for the alliteration in the thread title.

I've been at it for all night trying to figure out how to fix this problem. Privacy Policy page works fine if I set my Permalinks to default. However when I enable the custom structure /%postname%/, the privacy policy page and other pages returns 500 Internal Server Error when I click on them.

I've tried variation of custom structures, such as /%postname%, /%postname%.html, /%postname%.php, and et cetera.

I've also tried reinstalling the wordpress blog too. I've also fiddled around in the Privacy Policy setting and turning the url to its default permalink, not using my custom structure. It didn't work either. It's the same for other pages too.

    Any tips?

The plugin I use is: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/easy-privacy-policy/

No, I got my own shared hosting account which I'm paying $60 annually. I'm using fantasico to upload WP sites though.

    Hi mate.

Check your version of privacy policy, maybe its an old version.

Have you tried un-installing the privacy policy, re-installig,the after the page is up, change your permalinks after that?? Keep the permalinks like /%postname%/

Let me know if it helps or not mate.

    John

Well, I moved the site to another domain name and this issue has mysteriously disappeared. Weird.

    Thanks anyways, everyone!
