Hi,
Am I the only one currently having issues with PayPal?

Each time I want to login, I would always get the message ' we couldn't confirm it is you'
 
I have no idea, first time seeing a problem like this.

I can't help much but, PayPal surprised me 2, or 3 times a while back ago answering and resolving issues via facebook.com/PayPal and twitter.com/AskPayPal.

DM them and they will let you know what is going on.
 
Maybe your ISP IP is blacklisted somewhere it causing that issue.

That's why usually users use static proxy ip to attach with their PayPal account.

Have you confirmed your account? You need to confirm, you need suit your proofs for approval.
 
if you're living in Russia (or use Russian IP) this might be the problem, I keep hearing about companies (Go Fund Me, and Buy Me a Coffee, for example) that keep banning accounts having ties with Russia (political reasons).

If that's not it then you probably need to verify your account (submit proof of identity)... or maybe there's a glitch in their system, who knows! Just straightup contact them and ask, it's not hard :)
 
Please contact with the customer care before facing the big issue.
 
Dont contact support, happend to me many times because I use VPN on all devices.

Simply dont login for a 2-3 days, dont do anything, it will be solved and you can login again after waiting.

Well I have faced this problem too in one ac. What you can do is not to login on that ac for 3-4 business days. Then try login, but if it's same you can try forgot password option. And If these fails try to connect with paypal customer support. They will ask for your ssn dob and some questions and if you gave answers correctly they will release your account.
 
OP is banned so I don’t think they need any more advice.
