Hi,
We are having serious problems with sending mass emails to outlook-based email addresses.
We did everything we could; warm up IP's, created a good reputation, start sending emails slowly, contact outlook/hotmail to get us 'unblocked', etc.
We have an adult themed website where people sign-up and by doing so, accept to receive emails from us.
We give them the option to opt-out at the footer of every email, and also in their website account.
The thing is; our business depends on sending lots of emails per day. (~15 per day per user, sometimes more, the more emails we send, the more money we make).
This is all automated ofcourse.
With gmail we have no problems at all; but with all outlook related addresses we get blocked, or put on an internal blacklist within 1 or 2 days. Every time.
Ofcourse talking to outlook support or tech department is impossible. All we get back is standard template reactions which does not help us at all.
We understand there might be a lot of people clicking 'spam' because of the large quantities of emails, but we used to never have any problems.
These days; outlook seems to have tightened up their security/filter a lot.
Does anyone have any suggestion as to where we can find a solution to this issue?
Would be much appreciated!
