Problems with my BANS site

I am having trouble putting up banners on my BANS site. No matter what I do i cant put up any ads. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

how are you trying to put the banners up? are you editing the php pages or editing the pages through the bans interface?

maybe the php files or the folder(s) aren't writable?

I liked bans when I used it, unfortunately google didn't

good point but doesn't bans let you know if it doesn't like the unix permissions on its php files/folders?
