Problems with Market Samurai?

Anyone else getting false data for the ranking module in Market Samurai? I mean I have seen it be off here and there, but none of my numbers are right.

And yes I updated to the latest version.

Anyone else seeing this?

yes mine has been stalling for a few days now. I see someone has posted version .40 but mine hasn't upgraded as of yet.
 
are you running the cracked version or a real paid version? I ran a test on a cracked version that i used to try it out before i bought the program. The rankings on it were about 50 spots off on the rankings than what I was getting with the real paid version.

Not sure if this is the fix or not. I know that just about every other day I have logged into it they have some updates. Will take them some time to get back on track with all the changes Google is putting out on the marketing.

I for one like the changes that Google is doing to search terms and the sites that are now pulling up.

I actually have the paid version. That is why I am wondering why none of the data is right.

Anyone else seeing this with the paid version?
 
I would like to know if things are working well with MS myself, I've noticed over the past week or so quite a few posts about it not working correctly. I am thinking about buying it with some of my earnings this month, but want to purchase it in working condition obviously...

Also, does anyone know if you get the trial version through the 30 day challenge, do you still get the offer to purchase it for like $60.

I have noticed a lot of problems with my cracked version laletly for google results im guessing its the new google layout has took its toll on it and I need to upgrade :)
 
I have a trial version and a cracked version of MS and both stopped working properly after google's update :| There have been no updates for the trial version either
 
I got it to work by clicking multiple times and retrying each query - but this was a couple of days ago.
 
My MS has been returning very little data with Rank Tracker in the last 3-4 days

Appears to coincide with the "new google interface" rollout give or take a day

If this is what it is, will probably be fixed pretty soon, from my (personal) experience Market Samurai customer support has been 5 star
 
shit man I was just about to get MS too in order to help with keyword research. Anybody know what the support team for MS is doing to fix the problem?
 
Don't get me wrong. The tool has paid for itself a hundred times over. I highly suggest that anyone who is serious about SEO to get this tool.

I am sure it has to do with the new interface with Google. It will probably be fixed here shortly.
 
Yes - all fixed now.

If anyone's still having trouble, and they've got the latest update installed, get in touch with Support.
