So I'm sitting here thinking of ways to make money online first thing that comes to mind is CPA but I then realized that CPA is quite complicated and confusing. So then my next idea was making a website and monetizing it with adsense, Well I know nothing about making website let alone SEO for a website so I scratched that off the list of how I can make money online. Soo, I started looking through the forums here on how to get started with making money online i've noticed a lot of these guides are long and kind of difficult to follow. Now I'm kind of just giving up because I don't know where to start to at least get my fingers in some water with some of these tips on BHW. The reason I want to earn my first dollar online is to prove to myself that I can make some money online and if there is a dollar earned I can learn to scale it up to even more dollars. Any tutorials or advice would be appreciated please no mean comments. I'm just trying to get some assistance and no spoon fed tricks. So where can I start and what advice do you have?

Skills That I Need to Learn: Website designing, SEO, CPA, Advertising.

I'd start with learning how to create a website, hosting it, purchasing domains and etc.
Then read threads of every type of money making method there is out there.

Find the threads you like the most and you think you can learn about and then find out what it categorizes under then learn more about that subject.
There is so much more money online from blogging to product sales to affiliate marketing - and the key is just finding which one you like the most.

I would spend a lot of time just reading everything and then starting a journey for like $10 a day with a certain area of interest.
Good luck man I'm rooting for you.

Thank you goddissee I appreciate the motivation and helpfulness. Being poor sucks I won't be able to purchase a domain or hosting so if there any free ways I can use to at least buy a domain after said free ways.

Being poor does suck trust me - I was poor when i was younger. It gives you that fire to succeed though.

Let’s see if i were to start from complete scratch I would probably mow lawns then buy/sell used stuff locally but

this is an internet marketing section - if you need quick money you can try VAing for someone for very little money save up $300 or so and then learn web dev/design and then start making sites for people as a freelancer then continue into IM further

Please forgive me, because my English is not good, so I translated this reply with Google translation, which is not very smooth to read, but I hope you can understand and help you.
1. Without startup capital, you can search the Internet for free programming instruction to master a skill. I recommend learning PHP. After all, you're here, aren't you? Learn later you have a lot of options, can go to find a well-paid job, or become a freelancer by taking orders to make money, when you have some savings can use the money to do aff, etc., as you like.
There are many different programming languages, such as Python c#, you can find a recommended programming language video to learn about, and then choose one you like.
2. What does this forum do, mainly SEO, SEO can be understood as the use of some techniques to make their own website in the Google ranking, after the rise can receive advertising money and so on
3. Other Suggestions: find your interest and make money with it. You can do YouTube and upload some interesting videos without principal
Summary: the site is SEO communication community, no principal can search free video to learn skills to make money, or when web celebrity etc

Hi bro, from the posts of yours i see that you got good enough english writing skills.( mine is not good :D) As you said that you can't spend enough, I would suggest that look for opportunities where you can work as an article writer, try for Virtual Assistant Works and make some money and save it and use it for longer and bigger goal.

And while working as freelance writer or VA, everyday spend time on money making methods posted here, they are plenty. Choose the one which you can do.

Also i suggest that don't stop blogging, continue it because it will pay you on long run as your blog receives traffic through organic search as google loves bloggers. Don't take blogging as job make it as a part time habit, then you will not feel much stressed on sharing your views on your blog. Choose a nice niche, every now and then keep sharing your views on that niche. Later add CPA or Google Adsense or whatever it suits best.

Keep digging till you hit the gold, bud.

Solid advice.

To make money online you need to master 2 things.

1-How to drive targeted traffic to your offer.
2-How to create landing pages that convert that targeted traffic at a profit.

There are two approaches you can take to do that. Top down or bottom up.

If you have money you can take the top down approach and pay for traffic etc and start where the real money is at the top of the tree and work your way down. For example paying for high volume ppc search term "cheap flights to miami" gets you top of the rankings tomorrow.

If you dont have money then you have to start at the bottom, where all the scraps are and accept you will be trying to rank for low volume search terms such as "cheap flights to miami on a wednesday for people with one leg". Then wait 3-6 months. Save and move up to the next level and so on until you can afford to work at the top of the tree.

Im is a business, just like any business to be successful you need money to invest or be prepared to wait a long time before you make any decent money.

If you already have any skills, then start working on upwork or freelancer to get some money to start. Otherwise find another option.

Based on your interests, I can suggest you the following method. You should tweak it to fit your interests and skills.
1. Adult niche is easy to get started as many people genuinely show interest in your alter-ego (a fake profile). There are several other extremely targeted niches like games, fitness, fashion etc which have a cult following. If you have any specific set of skills that suit such a niche, then you can start it.
2. If you have social skills, develop a social network like IG, Twitter or facebook page where you can post landing page links or offers. If you have $1 to invest, get a .com domain for an adult (or any other preferred) niche.
3. Apply for any ad network. Most of them will only approve if you can show a page or website with thousands of active users.
4. If you can't invest time to develop it, find and apply for any ad network that accepts chat traffic. Create accounts in Snapchat, Kik, Tinder etc and drive traffic to your offer, landing page or any link. It generally works only if you offer users anything in return.

Once you start in CPA, you need to keep brushing up your skills and keep testing what works and what doesn't. Most beginners don't get their first dollar in a week or month. Don't let that disappoint you to give up. All the best for your IM journey.
