Problems with Free Article Spinner

Hey guys, so i've searched around the forums for a free article spinner and I found some, however when i download it it does not open for some reason. It tells me here is an error.

Is this because I have Windows XP?

I would really appreciate it if somebody could post a link of an article spinner that works.

i use xp - wont change for anything. Search for spinnerchief - a member gave the premium version out.
